About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing trust with our customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing trust with customers and providing them with exceptional support
- Activating internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points and align expectations
- Collaborating with other teams and participating in campaign efforts
- Identifying high potential and high risk customers, and onboard new customers to our products and support processes
- Collecting feedback from customers and formatting it for review by the product team
