About the Job

As a sales and marketing expert, you will be responsible for daily communication with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions to their business goals.

You will consultative sell to better understand clients needs and help them achieve their objectives, plan actions based on client expectations, research industries and business models to better understand markets and clients, and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.

You will also assist clients in optimizing product usage, offer active support in problem-solving and performance improvement, expand knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance, solve problems, identify trends, and provide valuable feedback on products.

Employer Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have native-level fluency in German (at least C1 level), communicative English (at least B2 level), and previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.

You should live in Lisbon or be willing to relocate, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be familiar with various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.
