We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our FinTech support team in Portugal as a remote worker.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide top-notch technical support in French to our clients and English to our development team via chat and voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support in French and English via chat and voice.
  2. Troubleshoot product-related issues using MySQL and escalating complex matters as needed.
  3. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional responses.
  4. Act as a critical link between customers and developers, ensuring clear communication of technical details.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Postman is a plus.
  • Ready to work on shift rotation, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
