French Language Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our FinTech support team in Portugal as a remote worker.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide top-notch technical support in French to our clients and English to our development team via chat and voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in French and English via chat and voice.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues using MySQL and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Act as a critical link between customers and developers, ensuring clear communication of technical details.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Solid knowledge of MySQL.
- Familiarity with Postman is a plus.
- Ready to work on shift rotation, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
