Technical Support Specialist for FinTech Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers via chat and voice channels, troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues using MySQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in French and English to customers and developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team
- Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong understanding of MySQL
- Knowledge or familiarity with Postman is considered an advantage
