Technical Support Specialist for FinTech Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers via chat and voice channels, troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues using MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in French and English to customers and developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team
  • Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in French, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong understanding of MySQL
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Postman is considered an advantage
