Customer Support Representative - French Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a French-speaking customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product information and assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
