We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a German Language Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via multiple channels, ensuring high-quality and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers in German, using advanced spoken and written language skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's success

Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written German skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
  • Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
  • Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day
  • Availability to work 24/7 shifts
