Customer Support Specialist

At TeamViewer GmbH, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical and accounting issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat, addressing their technical and accounting concerns.
  • Conduct online demonstrations of our software solutions, showcasing their capabilities and benefits to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and forward relevant requests to our sales department for follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education, such as commercial or technical training.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e.g., internships.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
