About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer support processes.
Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written German (C1) and advanced English (B2) skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of empathy and customer orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an omnichannel environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple tools and technologies, with a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
