Customer Support Specialist

At TeamViewer GmbH, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support for their technical and accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
  • Deliver engaging online demonstrations of our software solutions, highlighting their capabilities and benefits
  • Identify customer needs and escalate requests to our sales department
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
