Customer Service Representative - French Language

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a flair for languages and a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a French-speaking customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing top-notch support and solutions. This is a fully on-site position, allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in French, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Qualifications:
Fluent in French: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French are mandatory.
Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
