We're looking for a skilled professional to join our Rival company as a Global Customer Experience Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to support mid-tier customers during their post-sale lifecycle, ensuring they get the most out of our software.
About the RoleThis role involves assessing customer business needs and providing real-time suggestions to increase adoption throughout the post-sale lifecycle. You will engage with customers via video meeting applications and email communication, uncovering pain points and driving towards resolution and implementation improvement.
You will advise customers on the most appropriate features for their specific business needs while identifying upsell opportunities. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives is crucial in this role.
As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will tailor content and communication style to suit various stakeholders, from senior executives to end-users. You will act as the primary point of escalation, managing customer expectations and de-escalating frustrations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer business needs and provide real-time suggestions to increase adoption
- Engage with customers via video meeting applications and email communication
- Uncover pain points and drive towards resolution and implementation improvement
- Advise customers on the most appropriate features for their specific business needs
- Identify upsell opportunities and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Excellent active listening skills to quickly synthesize information and offer advice in a synchronous environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Spanish is a plus
- Able to cater communication style and delivery to meet that of the stakeholder
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
