Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote German Lqa Tester to join our Localization Quality Assurance team. As a German Lqa Tester, you will work closely with our global project team to ensure that the game is free from grammatical errors, cultural inconsistencies, and accurately localized into the target language.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a global project team
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors
- Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines
- Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions
- Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery
- Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters
- Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation
- Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- No experience required, we'll provide the training and support needed
- Strong cultural understanding of the language
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
- Robust Internet research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within project teams
- You must be able to provide evidence of your right to work in Portugal, if you are located outside Portugal, a freelance contract will be applied

Working Conditions
- Full-time: On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal, 8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays
- Part-time: On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal, a minimum of 4 hours between 8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays (Portugal Time Zone)
- Remote Work (Freelancer): Project-based, work flexibly between 8:00 to 17:00 Portugal Time, Mondays through Fridays, work at least 4 hours a day (if there's a project)
