Job Title: Dutch Customer Support Advisor
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
As a Customer Support Advisor at one of our esteemed clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consumers across Europe. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of consumer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback on our client's database.
- Ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot common problems and offer recommendations to frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
- A good level of English, ideally B2 level or higher.
