This role is responsible for developing and implementing standard training methodologies, conducting training sessions, and maintaining training materials.
Job Description:This position plays a crucial role in ensuring Consumer Engagement Services (CES) Europe operations deliver exceptional consumer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess native French language skills and knowledge of German or Swiss-German (B1 level).
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard training methodologies
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and service staff
- Maintain and monitor training materials
- Implement and oversee audit controls for HR Operations
- Assist with Voice of Customer surveys
- Participate in projects to enhance competency-based training and Development Sciences
Requirements:
- Native French language skills (mandatory)
- Knowledge of German or Swiss-German (B1 level)
- Previous knowledge of Consumer Handling
- Experience in leading, training, and coaching teams
