Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled customer success manager to join our UKI Mid-Market Customer Success Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving Enterprise-like Experiences for our biggest customers in the UKI market. This involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Adoption/Nurture phase initiatives for our largest customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at these companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise segment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive business results
- Fluency in English (our company language)
