About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MSX INTERNATIONAL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to dealerships and service centers, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, dealerships, and service centers, resolving technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in vehicles, automotive systems, and components, using diagnostic tools and technical data.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided, contributing to the development and updating of technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Medium-high English level (B2-C1) and high level of proficiency in Portuguese (C2-native).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist (automotive industry) or similar experience.
  • Mechanical engineering degree highly valued.
  • Hybrid work system and availability to work in Lisbon.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
