About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Airline Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class service to clients and their customers
  • Communicate with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies
  • Answer incoming queries from customers via email and chat
  • Identify and resolve issues self-sufficiently
  • Collect and record data in our CRM system
Requirements
  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in GDS tools (ideally)
  • Enthusiasm about traveling and tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
