Job Description

This role is part of the Opportunity-to-Cash business line, which provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing customers' sales orders, ensuring their completeness, accuracy and compliance with current business rules and policies.

The successful candidate will also conduct technical and/or administrative tasks, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery, such as processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or similar;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel);
  • Fluent in English (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers);
  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI and SD, others will be a plus);
  • Service Attitude and customer oriented; Strong communication skills (both orally and writing); Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens; Problem solving and fast thinking will help to resolve daily management issues;
  • Team player;
  • Your accuracy and ability to multi-task will help make you a success;
  • Available to travel.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 per year, depending on experience, a hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
