Job Responsibilities: As an Insurance Professional, your responsibilities and impact will include booking insurance meetings on behalf of Romanian insurers. You'll have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and schedule meetings directly into the Insurer's calendar. Additionally, you'll identify issues and provide solutions. You'll also be a team player, participating in the success of the team and project.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a native level of Romanian and an advanced level of English. It's essential to have an interest in customer relationships and solving issues. You should also be energetic, innovative, and work proactively at a fast pace. Furthermore, excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle is required. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is necessary. Holding an EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is also required.
Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is approximately €871.40 gross per 14 months, plus a performance bonus of €100/month and a complexity bonus of €100/month. Meal vouchers worth €7.23/work day are also included. If you live outside Portugal, reimbursement for the initial flight ticket (up to €400) after 6 months within the company, as well as 1 year of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay), is available.
