Sovos Compliance seeks an experienced SaaS Renewal Manager to join our Renewals organization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales or renewal quotas, particularly for SaaS renewals, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts
- Negotiating with customers to ensure successful renewal
- Collaborating with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
- Implementing industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal
As a SaaS Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for leading negotiations with customers, resolving any account issues impacting renewal, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the renewal process.
You will also be expected to proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories and maintain predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets.
