Order Management Associate Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Order Management Associate Specialist to support our order processing operations for the LATAM and Canadian markets. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and effectively, meeting customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders into the system, verify product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams.
  • Monitor order progress, communicate with customers or internal teams regarding delays or issues, and provide regular updates on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in generating reports and tracking order KPIs for the LATAM and Canadian regions, supporting the implementation of process improvements to streamline order management procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. 0-1 year of experience in order-to-cash processes.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish language.
  4. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in large teams.
  5. Strong math, analytical, and systems skills with experience in data management and MS Office.
  6. Able to maintain financial controls and implement process improvements.
  7. Effective training and team building skills for functional tasks within area of responsibility.
  8. Leadership skills, strong oral and written communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
