Payment Support Specialist with Dutch Fluency

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Support Specialist to join our Talent Trail team in Portugal. As a Payment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling payment inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding payment-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment operations and address customer concerns
- Analyze and resolve payment-related problems, escalating complex issues as needed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and industry best practices
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch language skills (C1 - native level)
- Proficient English language skills (min. B2 level)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated experience in payment operations or a related field
