The RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled Payment Support Specialist to join our team. As a Payment Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, acting as a Trustly ambassador and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with teams across Trustly to resolve technical and non-technical issues related to payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a first line of contact for B2B customers, identifying and understanding their issues, concerns, or complaints and proactively resolving them
- Investigate cases on a technical level, utilizing tools such as log analysis, API calls, or system configurations to diagnose issues
- Respond promptly and efficiently to key customer inquiries via email
- Collaborate with the NOC team to resolve escalated technical issues swiftly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve consumer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- 2-3 years of experience in the payments or fintech industry, with a background in B2B support, payment gateway integrations, and troubleshooting experience
- Service-minded and passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, finding new solutions and opportunities while maintaining a detailed and structured approach
- Provisional ownership and ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the team
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
