Job Description

We are recruiting exceptional customer service representatives to deliver first-class service to our customers. As a customer service representative, you will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
  • A fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • High level of English (Both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving.
Benefits
  • Start date: October 1st.
  • Contract: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period).
  • Part time: (20 hours/week).
  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 10AM till 2PM.
  • Salary: 9,230.77 euros gross per year.
  • Bonus: Top performance incentives.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days per month in the office / training / rest from home.
  • Training: 2 weeks, possibly full time mon-thu, 9h to 18h 1h lunch, fri 9h to 17h 1h lunch.
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
