International Payment Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused International Payment Security Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection.

About the Role:

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' payment verification processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Verifying payment information with third parties and international clients
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • You are a native French speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum)
  • You have a strong motivation for your work and a commitment to excellence
  • You have no trouble writing in French and are a team player
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

What We Offer:

  • A full-time job with a 6-month temporary contract
  • A competitive salary of 890€ gross per month, plus performance-related bonus and meal voucher
