Customer Support Representative Job Description

Work International is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a clear and concise manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

  • Fluent (C2 level) in the Dutch language
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level) required
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
