**About the Role**



You will support our client as Advertising Sales Representative, growing and developing a portfolio of small business clients in the Dutch market. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.



**Key Responsibilities**



You will be responsible for the following tasks:




  • Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities;
  • Managing a portfolio of small business clients with responsibility of growing revenue for their business;
  • Researching and discovering fundamental understanding of verticals, market, industry, and client business models;
  • Identifying sales opportunities and providing clients tailored solutions to meet their goals;
  • Proactively and reactively engaging with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights and optimize;
  • Becoming an expert on all Facebook Advertising solutions.


**Requirements**



You have 3 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing. You possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal. You know how to prepare for, deliver effective client meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research. English Level C1/C2; Dutch C1/C2 Fast learner. Quick thinker and problem solver on the spot. Adaptable.



**Benefits**



We offer a relocation package, including a refund of the initial flight ticket after 6 months. Accommodation is provided by the company, with a room in a shared apartment. Expenses are paid by the company, including water, electricity, gas, Internet, cable TV, and cleaning services. Free language lessons are provided, as well as private health insurance and social activities. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is 1604 euros gross per month, with accommodation included, or 2033 euros gross per month without accommodation. Performance bonuses and 5K Signing and loyalty bonuses are also available.
