Market Expert for Dutch Client Support

Company Overview: At Bosch, we are looking to expand our customer support team with a highly skilled professional who can effectively handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Job Description: As a Market Expert for Dutch Client Support, you will be responsible for handling first contact with customers, analyzing their requests, and providing step-by-step guides to assist them with app usage. You will also advise customers on software and app updates, inform them of the best way to get help regarding issues outside of our range, and point of contact between the customer and the technical team. Additionally, you will work closely with dealerships and customer support when the issue is related to the App.
Estimated Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Dutch (C1 level), and have good problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is highly desirable. It would be an added advantage if you have worked in the travel industry or have interest in modern widgets and App customer support.
