Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Job Description
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer requests and responding accordingly.
- Providing solutions and step-by-step guides to help customers with app usage.
- Advising customers on software and app updates.
- Informing customers about the best way to get help with issues outside of our scope.
- Collaborating with second-level support when there are recurrent issues.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and our technical team.
- Assisting dealerships and customer support when the issue involves the app.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Dutch language skills at C1 level (mandatory).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communicative competencies, commitment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience in customer services, preferably in a call center environment.
- A passion for the travel industry (experience with modern widgets, such as app customer support, is a plus).
