Overview
">Cbt is seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

- Develop a deep understanding of Cbt's web services and offer accurate information to customers">
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively">
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers">
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues">
- Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve service quality">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and at least intermediate English (B2)">
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory">
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, customer-oriented attitude, adaptability, and ability to work well with colleagues">
