We are seeking a skilled Betting Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading gaming and betting company.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that involves working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, with a flexible schedule that includes shift rotation. As a German-speaking Betting Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating customer concerns and implementing necessary measures to fulfill customer requirements
- Collaborating with teams across different locations to achieve aligned goals
- Reporting system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A C1 level of German language proficiency
- Business-standard English language skills (B2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as high interpersonal skill levels
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and confidently answer a wide range of customer inquiries
