German-speaking Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our hotel management system by our German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our hotel management system and its features to effectively communicate its value proposition to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring their satisfaction with our system.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and develop tailored strategies to maximize client engagement and revenue growth.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions to showcase the benefits of our system to clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and address client concerns, improving overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Fluent German language proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar customer success role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
