Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Success Manager - German Language Expert
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Duties and Responsibilities- Work closely with customers across multiple segments to deliver 1:1 engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations
- Facilitate 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to ensure customers derive value, are optimized for success, and are happily growing with Zendesk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more
- Leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations
- Forecast and mitigate risk, ensuring growth and driving customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions in a thorough, compelling, but crisp manner
- Dynamic, agile, and nimble, with a passion for shaping something new
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and German
