About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple segments, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless customer onboarding, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. You will also leverage data and insights to identify business objectives and develop tailored solutions to drive customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of identifying business objectives and mapping solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as you will be working with customers at various levels, from beginner to advanced users.

You will also be fluent in English and German, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills. This position requires flexible working hours, including evenings, and attending our local office for part of the week.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
