About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking IT customer support expert to join our team at Recruitment Direct. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing client relationships in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approximately 80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
  • Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors such as healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
  • Problem-Solving: Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Languages: Native-level German proficiency.
  • B2-level English proficiency.
  • Skills: Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office. Basic hardware knowledge.
  • Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.

Compensation
