The Role
Becoming part of our dynamic, highly-dedicated, and multi-lingual team of Customer Service Experts, We provide telephone and online support services in German, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, French, and English to our business customers, from Monday to Friday. This position offers an estimated salary of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Business Proficiency in English is essential as it is our primary business language.
We are open to hiring candidates in Lisbon (Portugal) and Manila (Philippines).
Key Responsibilities :
Acting as first line support to our corporate customers – aiming to solve their technical queries by phone and email.
Tracking, collating, and responding to customer issues within agreed timescales.
Escalating and liaising with our Technical Support (TS) in Portugal for more complicated cases.
Working closely with Service Account Managers to help develop, grow, and retain customer accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and customer service procedures.
• Knowledge of supporting GSM.
• A professional telephone manner and call management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills in your first language – French is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – able to take technical information and translate into easily understandable language for customers.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills – including handling complaints effectively.
• Good teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately.
