We are looking for a skilled customer service expert to join our team at Blu Selection.
About the Job:
- This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a positive experience that reflects the luxury status of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide tailored support to resolve customer concerns, while maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
- Contribute to the expansion and improvement of the Customer Interaction Center.
What We Offer:
- Salary: €65,000 - €90,000 per year, based on experience.
- Partial remote working option after initial training period.

Qualifications:
- Native level of German and proficient level of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in luxury customer service or hotel industry.
