SalaryThe compensation for this role includes a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and contributions. This full-time contract offers 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Job DescriptionAs a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries and providing expert support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Assisting customers with product-related questions, providing clear, helpful solutions
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their requests and following up to ensure full resolution
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Native or fluent Dutch, with a good command of English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others
