About Cross Border Talents
We are a dynamic company that values exceptional customer service and seeks to hire a talented Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon.
Your Role
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing accurate and efficient solutions to their queries and concerns. Your expertise in Dutch language skills (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level) will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, address their questions, and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing personalized support and resolving their inquiries efficiently.
- Address product-related questions, technical issues, and order-related concerns, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch language (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling effective resolution of customer queries.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience is required; ideal for entry-level candidates.
