Compensation:
- Estimated monthly salary: €1,800 - €2,500 based on Lisbon's cost of living and industry standards.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
