Senior Sales Manager

The Role: As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving business growth through effective lead management, strategic pricing, and client development. You will work closely with our Customer Success team to optimize client interactions and achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. You have a passion for technology and experience in selling digital services. A background in the ad-tech industry is highly valued, as it aligns closely with our products and services. You are a goal-oriented, numbers-driven professional with a strong sales expertise and excellent communication skills. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and 3 years of experience in sales with digital products, ideally SaaS. You are proficient in spreadsheets and CRM tools such as Hubspot. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company at leading industry trade shows around the world.
  • Manage all incoming leads from the EXADS website, organize introductory calls, and deliver demos.
  • Prepare price offers and lead the process to convert incoming leads into clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients and help them grow with EXADS, in collaboration with our Customer Success team.
  • Work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to define marketing actions.
  • Provide feedback to the technical team, product team, and company management to continuously improve our products, marketing, and documentation.
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights on their strategies and developments.
  • Contribute to the definition of the long-term company strategy.
