Account Specialist for Global Business Operations

Job Description:
The main purpose of this role is to facilitate effective communication between business categories and operational teams, drive CRM project progress and capture forecasts to support campaign roll-outs. Additionally, the job involves coordinating engagement, onboarding and training sessions, collecting feedback for continuous improvement and serving as the single point of contact for IMS CRM Services.
A Day in the Life:
- Gather information from business categories and keep operational teams informed on scope of work, timings, volumes and brand guidelines.
- Support defining and setting up efficient ways of working between business categories and CRM Services' internal and external partners.
- Create and monitor CRM project progress.
- Capture forecasts to CRM Services' internal and external partners.
- Drive operational roll-out/localization of global and local CRM projects to markets, liaising with internal and external partners and/or markets.
- Schedule and conduct CRM Services engagement, onboarding and training sessions with Centralized Category/Brand teams and/or Markets.
- Be the single point of contact for IMS CRM Services.
- Collect feedback from business category requestors to analyze and generate insights for improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in project management with stakeholder management.
- Experience in a global or multi-market environment.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and technology, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Klaviyo as a plus.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in training other teams.
