The Portugal Tech Hub is a team of Dream Builders, Impact Creators & Future Makers. We are looking for someone to join us in creating a better tomorrow. Your mission will be to visualise and design an organisation's enterprise data management framework for the Sales processes.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses
  • Define the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, security, reference data such as product codes and client categories, and master data such as clients, vendors, materials, and employees
  • Define reference architecture, which is a pattern others can follow to create and improve data systems
  • Define data flows, i.e., which parts of the organisation generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition
  • Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
We Are Looking For Someone With...
  • A strong expertise in data management and experience working closely with sales and marketing departments
  • A successful completed master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • Long years proven experience in data management, preferably in a sales or marketing domain
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data flow visualisation, database systems, ETL processes, and data integration technologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales analytics platforms
  • Ability to effectively communicate sophisticated data concepts to non-technical partners
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
