Vizor Apps Limited is seeking a skilled Game Support Specialist to join our team. As a Game Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to players across various platforms. Your tasks will include processing player requests, gathering and analyzing in-game issues, and reviewing player feedback to provide detailed reports to our development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process written player requests on top support platforms
- Gather and analyze in-game issues and errors
- Review player feedback and provide detailed reports to the development team
- Contribute to the FAQ database, create and translate game instructions and automated responses
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong written communication skills in English and Russian
- Additional language proficiency preferred (German, Japanese, Korean, or French)
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of the gaming market
- Ability to search, analyze, and manage data
- Passion for gaming and interacting with people
- Politeness, responsiveness, and patience
- Quick adaptability and willingness to learn
