About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests via various channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers through phone, chat, and emails regarding different queries and provide account and application support.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Native or Proficient Italian (C2)
  • English
