VanillaHR is a software company providing an HR and candidate management platform for companies and agencies.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- You will be in charge of acquiring new customers through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
- You will cover the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensure a pipeline that is always active.
- You will work closely with our business and marketing team to identify and acquire new potential customers.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, including internships and work-study programs. You should be organized, able to work independently, and be a force for proposals.
A big bonus if you have experience in the field of SaaS software or have already worked in a regulated market. You should also have an excellent understanding of the digital landscape and be able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
