The Role

We are looking for an Account Development Representative to join our Sales team. As an Account Development Representative, you will work closely with our account management team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking
  • Developing structured approaches to target accounts with high potential for growth
  • Gathering marketing information related to customers, competitors, and pricing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a people-first approach, and a fluency in English (minimum C1 level). Previous experience selling B2B SaaS solutions and knowledge of account-based marketing and growth tactics are highly valued.
