About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Director in our Telesales operations in Lisbon, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop corporate client relationships, ensuring optimal performance and exceeding targets.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record of success in B2B Telesales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals in dynamic environments
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to enhance team productivity and results
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills highly valued
