About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Catawiki. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging and delighting our customers, solving complex challenges, and managing disputes and complaints.

Our customer service department plays a vital role in Catawiki, ensuring our customers return to our platform on a regular basis and directly contributing to business growth. You'll closely work with Sales and our Experts, as well as other departments, to improve the overall Customer Experience.

Through your close customer contact, you'll bring valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services. You'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values your voice and fosters a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Mediate between customers and find solutions that work for both parties.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, using strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Work closely with Sales and Experts to improve the overall Customer Experience.
Requirements
  • Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels like phone and email communications.
