Strategic Account Operations Manager

We are Emma - The Sleep Company, a global leader in the D2C sleep industry. With operations in over 30 countries and a strong presence in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, we're pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep.

The ideal candidate for this role will have first-hand experience in B2B environments related to logistics, e-commerce, or start-ups. They will be highly structured, able to manage multiple accounts efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment where they can take on new challenges daily.

A successful Strategic Account Operations Manager will possess excellent MS Office skills, with fluency in English being essential. Additional European languages are a plus.

Salary: approximately $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
